Electronic ramblings...
Right, we’ve got a lot to cover. I won’t bother with the New Year greetings as Valentine’s day has already passed (as has the new year’s hangover, finally!). Welcome back, friends! Let’s get to it…
Back in January, Steve actually stepped his distance up to 12 miles by a happy accident (well, happy in retrospect perhaps). Setting out for a leisurely 10-mile jog, our man took a wrong turning near Stoney Stratton and not even the massive pin-point GPS power of his iPhone 4 could bring him back*. Thrown back on naked human wit and cunning, Steve dodged the inevitable ‘randy bull in’ top field’ and reconnected with civilisation on the other side of the Westcombe road. In its navigational agony the iphone merely spluttered “recalculating” and showed him the nearest Starbucks within a 5-mile radius.
Rosie has been quietly racking up the miles, easing back into the running habit after the festive season and finding time to move house! Harking back to the early blog posts in October 2011, Steve has had a few more moments of Dionysian indulgence (see attached photo – sorry Dad!J) but has also purchased a new juicer – showing the classic Piscean trait of contradiction. Let’s hope the juicer wins as we move close to the 2-month countdown!

*Can someone tell me what ‘cellular towers’ are? I found it on the apple iPhone web page. Are they virtual penitentiaries you are locked up in by Apple for not paying your monthly bill?!
